Argentina Visa Application form: Two visa application forms to be duly filled & signed by the applicant. Please note, application form should be printed on separate page and no column should be left blank.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with white background and 70% – 80% face coverage(40mm x 40mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-Letter from applicant in English & Spanish language mentioning his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – Consulate General Of Argentina, Mumbai.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .

Notarized NOC on company’s letter head duly signed by the authorized signatory, accompanied by its Spanish translation. Please note: The translation does not need to be notarized.

Leave Sanction Letter from school.
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation (If the applicant is visiting an Argentine resident, family member or friend, and will lodge on Private residence, an original invitation letter is required, duly signed from the inviter and certified by an Argentinean Notary Public and then attested by the “Colegio de Escribanos”.)
Ticket: Confirmed returned air ticket, Tour itinerary & Tour confirmation
Medical: a) It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel. b) Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Argentina.
Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Udaan India Private Limited to collect documents.

Applicants are advised to submit their applications at least 30 days prior to the proposed date of departure to avoid inconveniences.
Consulate is accepting the applications if passport is issued from below mentioned states : Goa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry.
