Please Note: a) All documents as per the below checklist along with the first and last page of passport and photograph have to be uploaded online. b) Supporting documents (the complete file) should not exceed by 5 MB.

Covering Letter: Covering-letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his contact details and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Chile”, New Delhi. Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed. Financials:

Authority Letter: Authority-letter authorizing Udaan India Pvt Ltd to submit & collect the documents & the letter should be Notarized on Rs.50 stamp paper.
Please Note: The letter must have thumb impression of the applicant next to his signatures.
Please Note
Embassy will not entertain any visa correction requests. Therefore, applicant will have to apply again & visa fees will also be paid again.
Applicant holding a valid Chile visa in his old passport can travel with the same provided he needs to carry the new passport along with the old passport at the time of travel.
Applicant seeking Chile visa must visit the Embassy personally to submit and collect the documents.
