Visa Notes & Fees
  • Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp
    Please note:
    Passports issued beyond 10 yrs will not be accepted by the Embassy. Attach all your old passports (if any)
  • Visa Application Form: Visa application form to be filled online
  • Photo Specification: Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
    Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  • Covering Letter: Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Slovak Republic, New Delhi.
    Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Financials
  • Original Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign. Note :Bank statement Should be on A4 Size Paper.
  • Three months salary slip
  • Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’s Cheque
Other
  • Hotel Booking: Pre paid hotel voucher in original with seal and signature and payment receipt
    Please Note Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Slovakia
  • Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary
  • Medical: Original Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros
  • Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Swaraj Travels Pvt Ltd to submit and collect documents.
  • Personal appearance is required to submit the visa application & Embassy will advice the date of biometrics at the time of submission.
  • Please Note: Effective from 2nd February, 2020 applicants can apply for a Schengen Visa six months in advance.
